• Experience: Minimum 2 years recent ICU experience, proficient with balloon pump, CRRT, Impella, open hearts, labs, PICC, codes

What You'll Do

• Provide direct patient care in a mixed critical care setting (Neuro, Spine, Cardiac, Medical, Surgical)
• Manage complex patients with critical needs, including open hearts and support devices
• Conduct own labs, draw blood, and manage vascular access (PICC lines)
• Respond to and conduct code situations with confidence
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams across various inpatient units
• Float to PCU, CCU, Med/Surg, Tele, and ED as needed
• Follow all unit protocols, document patient care accurately

What You Need
Required:

• Kansas RN license or active compact license
• BLS, ACLS, NIHSS certifications
• Minimum 2 years recent ICU experience
• Experience with advanced cardiac devices and critical care procedures

Preferred:

• Experience with open heart, balloon pump, CRRT, Impella, PICC lines
• Ability to adapt quickly to different units and patient needs
