In addition to competitive compensation, we offer a tight-knit, collaborative environment with opportunities for personal and professional growth.A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A PART-TIME ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANTAs a Part Time Administrative Assistant, you will help us to maintain our high levels of service during the busy tax season.Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:Organizing FilesManaging Calendars and AppointmentsSort MailStaff SupportGreet Visitors & Assist Clients with Sign InAnswer PhonesYour passion for helping people, dedication to accuracy, and awareness of details help you excel in this position. You ensure the confidentiality of each client by following all company procedures regarding information handling. And, you get great satisfaction out of helping to expand our client base through the referrals made by your happy clients!QUALIFICATIONS FOR A PART-TIME ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANTDecision-Making Skills Communication and Collaboration Skills Organizational SkillsWriting SkillsComputer SkillsPhone Etiquette and Experience with Multiple Line Phone SystemsDo you have excellent communication skills? Are you organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively? Do you work well under tight deadlines? If so, then you might just be perfect for position!PART-TIME WORK SCHEDULEThis part-time administrative position will work three 8-hour days per week. Company is open to extending the part time position based upon business needs.
