Associate Scientist, High-Throughput Mass Spectrometry Automation - Takeda Pharmaceutical

Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and optimize high‑throughput LC‑MS/MS assays for drug discovery and development. Implement and maintain automated sample preparation and instrument workflows to increase throughput and reproducibility. Analyze complex mass spectrometry data, generate reports, and provide actionable insights to cross‑functional teams. Collaborate with instrumentation, software, and chemistry groups to troubleshoot and improve analytical performance. Document SOPs, validate methods, and ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards. Requirements Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Analytical Chemistry, or related field. Proven experience with LC‑MS/MS instrumentation and high‑throughput assay development. Strong programming skills in Python for data processing and automation. Excellent problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
