Commercial Insurance Account Manager

Job Summary Seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Associate Risk Advisor to join a growing team. This role is ideal for a professional with 3–5 years of experience in commercial lines account management, particularly in handling complex, large open-market accounts. The successful candidate will work closely with a large account team to manage a book of business that leans heavily towards real estate accounts. Job Description Associate Risk Advisor Compensation Package Salary Range: $85,000–$95,000 (commensurate with experience) Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of large, complex real estate accounts (multi-line, multi-location) with a focus on accounts valued at $500,000 or more. Collaborate with the large account team to provide exceptional service and support for a diverse book of business. Quote new and renewal business, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Utilize Applied Epic software to manage accounts and maintain accurate records. Apply a generalist approach to account management while leveraging expertise in real estate and LRO (Landlord’s Risk Only) accounts. Demonstrate a strong sense of urgency and attention to detail in all aspects of account management. Qualifications/Requirements Experience: 3–5 years of experience in a Commercial Lines Account Manager or similar role. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Applied Epic software is required. Industry Knowledge: Experience with real estate and LRO accounts is required. Licenses/Certifications: Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required. Soft Skills: Strong sense of urgency, detail-oriented, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field is preferred.
