About Hotel Herringbone Hotel Herringbone is a landmark boutique hospitality destination in downtown Waco, Texas. We are seeking an ambitious, systems-driven leader to step into a high-impact commercial leadership role that directly bridges culinary excellence, beverage artistry, high-volume event production, and executive leadership. The Role As Director of Food, Beverage & Events, you will treat our F&B operations—including Red Herring, Lucky Buck’s, kitchen, bar, and private events—as a single, unified commercial engine with full profit and loss ownership. You won't just manage daily operations; you will build lasting systems, lead high-performing teams, drive guest satisfaction, and scale revenue. Guest rooms sit separately under the Director of Rooms, giving you total bandwidth to focus on delivering an elite F&B and events experience.
