Noir Kitchen & Cocktails in Nashville, TN is looking for one server assistant to join our team. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, punctual, and reliable. Some of the responsibilities of a Server Assistant are: Prepare the dining area before the service by cleaning tables, chairs, and floors, and ensuring that all utensils, napkins, condiments, and menus are in place. Maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of the dining area, kitchen, and restrooms throughout the service by wiping spills, sweeping crumbs, sanitizing surfaces, and restocking supplies. Follow all health and safety regulations and procedures of the restaurant. Some of the skills and qualifications of a Server Assistant are: Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality industry is preferred but not required. Basic knowledge of food and beverage service and menu items. Ability to work well with others in a team environment. Ability to multitask and handle multiple requests in a timely manner. Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and carry heavy items for long periods of time. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
