Job Title Licensed Therapist (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) – Hybrid – Phoenix AZ Location Phoenix, AZ Employer Elevate Mental Health (part of Optum Behavioral Care) Job Description As a Licensed Clinical Therapist, you will provide evidence-based treatment for a broad range of mental health conditions, reflecting the needs of a diverse patient population. What You’ll Do Screen and assess patients for common mental health and substance use disorders Provide treatment using evidence-based approaches, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), and other modalities Track treatment response and monitor patients for changes in symptoms or complications Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic medical records and clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements Required Qualifications Master’s degree in psychology, social work, or a related counseling field Clear, active and unrestricted license that allows you to practice without supervision (LCSW, LMFT, or LPC) in Arizona Preferred Qualifications 2+ years of professional experience post master’s degree providing behavioral health services Experience providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families Experience working with computers for professional communication and medical documentation (Excel, Outlook, Athena RMS or other EHRs) Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively with equal effectiveness Ability to provide psychotherapy services in Spanish Benefits Flexible work models and paid time off Medical, dental, vision, and behavioral health benefits 401(k) with company match Family support and wellness resources Tuition reimbursement and dedicated learning time CE/CEU and licensure renewal reimbursement Career development opportunities within a growing organization Pay Range Annual total cash compensation ranges from $69,100 to $103,800, includes earnings from hourly pay ($25/hr) and incentive pay, and is based on various factors including local labor markets and performance.
