Job Description
The position aims to provide shipping, receiving, storage, and order fulfillment services for finished goods, inventory, materials, supplies, parts, and equipment at the assigned facility. This role involves ensuring accurate processing and high-quality service to meet customer requirements.
Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, sort, arrange, count, store, and correctly process items for storage and shipment according to established procedures and customer requirements.
• Receive materials and finished goods daily, verifying quality, type, and amount of materials received, ensuring appropriate documentation is present.
• Operate safely within the warehouse environment, including room temperature, cold-room, and freezer-room conditions.
• Safely operate distribution equipment as required.
• Complete training requirements and adhere to standards related to site Distribution, including Control of Documents and Quality Policy.
• Interact with internal personnel effectively, requiring good communication and customer service skills.

Essential Skills

• Ability to consistently and independently follow policies, procedures, and instructions.
• Basic computer skills to navigate ERP systems, Outlook, and shipping software.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Carlsbad, CA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
