In this second-line leadership position, you will be responsible for leading a team of SE/DC Managers and driving technical sales strategy across our largest, most complex enterprise opportunities.This organization is critical to driving technical win rates and revenue growth with sophisticated, enterprise-grade engineering organizations that rely on cloud-native infrastructure. As a key partner to GTM and Product leadership, you will continue to build a scalable operational model, mentor front-line leaders, and align technical execution with overarching business objectives.You willScale & Lead Leadership: Coach and mentor SE/DC Managers, fostering a culture of operational excellence, accountability, and continuous development across the organization.Strategic & Operational Execution: Continue to define, standardize, and institute global pre-sales methodologies, operational metrics, and best practices to maximize technical win rates and reduce sales cycle duration.Resource & Capacity Planning: Direct regional workload balancing, headcount allocation, and technical pilot priorities to ensure high-impact support for major revenue opportunities.Cross-Functional Alignment: Serve as the primary technical voice to Executive Leadership, partnering closely with Sales, Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Customer Success to align product roadmaps with key market demands.Executive Engagement & Deal Strategy: Act as an executive sponsor on high-stakes, multi-million-dollar enterprise opportunities, collaborating with sales leadership to architect winning account strategies.Market & Domain Expansion: Continuously refine the Domain Consulting organizational structure to adapt to emerging market opportunities, cloud-native technologies, and shifting buyer behaviors.Qualifications You haveSenior Leadership Experience: 10+ years of pre-sales technical experience, with a proven track record as a second-line leader (managing managers) within enterprise SaaS environments.Talent Development & Network: Demonstrated success recruiting, hiring, and developing top SEs and SE leaders.Strategic Vision & Technical Depth: Deep understanding of modern observability, cloud-native architectures, and developer ecosystem platforms.GTM Partnership: Analytical, data-driven approach to sales execution, pipeline performance, and technical evaluation health, with proven experience co-owning revenue targets alongside RVPs and VPs of Sales.Scale & Transformation: Proven success navigating hyper-growth environments, implementing structure where ambiguity exists, and leading organizational change across functions.Compensation DisclosureThe compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/com-missioned roles) is expected to be the annual range listed below. The offered compensation may also include restricted stock units and a bonus.
