Job Description & Requirements

Surgical Experience

Candidates should be comfortable assisting with:

• General Surgery
• Orthopedic Surgery
• Cataract Surgery
• Cesarean Sections (C-Sections)
• Trauma Cases

Required Experience & Skills

• Must be able to perform pre-op, intra-op, and post-op nursing care
• Scrub experience required
• Circulating experience required
• Experience supervising or working alongside Certified Surgical Technologists (CSTs)
• Ability to respond effectively to surgical and emergency situations

Certifications

• BLS (AHA) – Required
• ACLS (AHA) – Required
