Job Summary Position: Physician and Surgeon, CF (Internal Medicine/Family Practice). Part‑time, 20 hours per week. Location: California State Prison, Sacramento (SAC), Reprise, CA. Salary range: $13,338.50 – $14,820 per month. Responsibilities Provide medical care to patients in a correctional facility under the general direction of the Chief Physician and Surgeon, CF. Perform medical assessments and provide medical treatment for assigned patients, as authorized by the medical license and in accordance with department policies, procedures, and clinical guidelines. Provide clinical consultation and support to Advanced Practice Providers and instruct nursing and other clinical staff on medical protocols. Adhere to professional medical standards of care.
