Key Responsibilities\n

  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to understand each patient's needs, developing individualized treatment plans that address their mental health challenges.

  • Maintain effective communication with clients, families, healthcare providers, and interdisciplinary team members to foster a collaborative approach to treatment and ensure comprehensive care.

  • Facilitate regular follow-up sessions, home visits when necessary, and team meetings to track patient progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans.

  • Prepare and submit periodic reports on client progress and program effectiveness, ensuring that all documentation complies with state and federal regulations.

  • Organize and lead training sessions for staff and team members to enhance their knowledge and competencies related to program implementation and adherence to treatment protocols.

  • Act as a liaison between the treatment program and the community, providing resources and support to clients and addressing their ongoing needs effectively.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clients will include a diverse demographic encompassing both children and adults dealing with various mental health issues, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance abuse. You’ll work closely with each individual to tailor your approach to meet their cultural, social, and emotional needs, ensuring that every client receives the relevant support necessary for their journey toward recovery.

Qualifications\n

  • A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.

  • Current and unrestricted state licensing as a Professional Counselor (LPC).
  • \n
  • A minimum of two years of relevant counseling experience in a clinical setting.

  • Demonstrated understanding of essential legal and ethical practices in mental health care.

Compensation and Benefits\n
