About the Job

The Bus Driver at ALLTEX Staffing is responsible for the safe and efficient transportation of employees, contractors, and visitors to and from company facilities. This role ensures punctuality, compliance with safety standards, and the smooth operation of daily activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate company buses to transport staff between designated locations (plant sites, offices, housing).
• Adhere to traffic laws and ALLTEX safety protocols at all times.
• Conduct routine vehicle inspections (fuel, brakes, tires, lights) and report maintenance needs.
• Maintain accurate trip logs, mileage records, and passenger counts.
• Follow assigned schedules and routes, adjusting for shift changes when necessary.
• Assist passengers with boarding and exiting the bus when required.
• Respond appropriately to emergencies, breakdowns, or incidents during transit.

Qualifications:

• Valid Commercial Drivers License (CDL) with passenger endorsement.
• Proven experience as a bus driver or in a similar transportation role.
• Strong knowledge of local traffic laws and safe driving practices.
• Good communication skills and professional demeanor.
• Reliability, punctuality, and ability to work flexible schedules (including shifts).
