PT - Physical Therapist

Outpatient Physical TherapistThis is a 16-week contract position.This position follows a 5x8.0 schedule, requiring 40 hours per week.The Outpatient Physical Therapist evaluates all assigned patients and develops, implements, and modifies treatment plans based on patient needs, goals, and physician direction. This role is responsible for the delegation and direction of all discipline-specific therapy services for assigned patients and ensures the design of functional treatment programs to facilitate effective community reintegration.
