Responsibilities

• Successfully complete the PLACE New Agent Launch program
• Collaborate closely with sales agents to coordinate property showings for clients
• Deliver comprehensive, written feedback to assist in refining clients' home search preferences
• Assist in preparing and negotiating purchase offers on behalf of sales agents and their clients
• Dedicate at least 10 hours per week to lead generation efforts
• Engage in weekly script practice sessions in accordance with team guidelines
• Actively participate in team meetings and events as required
• Attend weekly one-on-one coaching, training sessions, and Partner Calls
• Maintain accurate records of all activities and tasks using PLACE Technology systems

• Possess a current, valid real estate license
