An established firm based in Oakland, California with over 10+ years in practice is seeking a Senior Attorney with 10+ years of experience to join their team in a hybrid arrangement This role will focus on real estate litigation, foreclosure disputes, title issues, and breach of contract matters, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations while representing clients in complex litigation mattersOffer:Salary range: $180,000-$240,000+, based on experience401(k) with employer matchingHealth insuranceDental insuranceVision insurancePaid time off and holidaysBar dues and MCLE stipend coveredOnsite amenitiesCollaborative and growth oriented work environmentQualifications:Active California State Bar license in good standing10+ years of litigation experience with at least 2 years handling real estate mattersStrong experience drafting motions to dismiss, summary judgment motions, writs, and appellate briefsProven ability to handle depositions, mediations, and courtroom advocacyExcellent legal writing, analytical, and strategic thinking skillsExperience managing a full litigation caseload independentlyPrior law review, clerkship, or appellate experience preferredResponsibilities:Represent clients in state and federal court proceedings including mediations depositions and trial preparationDraft and argue motions pleadings discovery responses and appellate briefsConduct legal research and analysis on complex real estate and foreclosure litigation issuesManage cases from inception through resolution ensuring deadlines and court compliance are metAdvise clients on legal strategies risks and potential outcomesOversee and mentor junior attorneys and paralegals while supporting team development
