Job Summary:
Wild Wing Cafe is looking for skilled Bartenders to join our team. The Bartender will be responsible for preparing and serving drinks to customers in a courteous and efficient manner, maintaining a clean work area, and ensuring that all patrons have an enjoyable experience.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Bartender
- Knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with an attention to detail and multitasking skills

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and take drink orders
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with standard recipes
- Assess customer preferences and make recommendations
- Check customers' identification to ensure they meet legal drinking age
- Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
- Maintain cleanliness in the bar area and adhere to health and safety regulations
- Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register

Additional Requirements:
- Certification in responsible alcohol service (e.g. TIPS) is a plus
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must have SC Server Training acquired
