What You're Stepping Into

More than one lane. Zillow Preferred is a big piece, but we invest in multiple lead sources so your pipeline isn't tied to a single faucet.

Systems that carry the weight. Follow Up Boss for your CRM and follow-up, RealScout for client home search, and AI-integrated tools that keep you fast and organized. Speed and follow-up win in this business, and our setup is built for both.

Training and leadership that show up. Real structure, real coaching, and leaders who are in it with you on conversion. We care how you follow up, not just that you clocked in.

A real early seat. We're at the front of our Alabama growth, starting in Birmingham and Hoover with more markets planned. The agents who plug in now are the ones who grow with it.

Day To Day

Call new leads fast and follow up consistently through call, text, and email

Run real buyer and seller conversations: timeline, budget, and motivation

Guide clients through the process and deliver a high-level experience start to finish

Keep your pipeline clean and current in Follow Up Boss

Work with leadership to sharpen your conversion

Who Fits

Active Alabama real estate license, or close to it

Strong communicator with a professional phone presence

Self-motivated, coachable, and organized

Comfortable in a fast, lead-driven environment

Takes online leads seriously and follows up like it matters

Full-time preferred
