Abbott seeks an EHS Manager for its Global Engineering Services division in Abbott Park, Illinois. Responsibilities

Lead environmental due diligence activities supporting acquisitions and divestitures
Develop and implement environmental remediation plans for incidents and historical issues
Oversee Abbott waste management programs to prevent liabilities and improve practices
Analyze environmental performance data to identify improvement opportunities
Provide environmental content for sustainability reports and external communications

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in engineering, environmental science, or related field
8+ years of experience in environmental due diligence, remediation, and waste management
Demonstrated experience conducting acquisition and divestiture environmental assessments
Proficiency with electronic technologies and software for environmental data analysis
Strong technical and scientific knowledge of treatment technologies and environmental reporting

Compensation: $113,300–$226,700 base
