Physician Assistant

Physician Assistant – Full Time – Athens, GA MainStreet Family Care is growing and is looking for a full‑time Physician Assistant to provide urgent care, primary medical care, telemedicine, and occupational medicine. The PA will lead a small team in a high‑volume, fast‑paced urgent care environment. This role is ideal for early‑career PAs, including new graduates who have not yet taken boards. A comprehensive orientation and ongoing training will be provided. Responsibilities Diagnose and treat cold, flu, strep, COVID, and other upper respiratory issues Perform minor procedures such as toenail removal and foreign object removal Suturing and splinting Conduct general orthopedic evaluations and management Review x‑rays (with radiologist review) Provide general dermatology, eye, and EKG interpretations Apply emergency management skills Provide general gynecologic care Treat children of all ages Occupational medicine Telemedicine Schedule Clinic hours: Monday–Friday 8:00 am‑8:00 pm, Saturday–Sunday 9:00 am‑4:00 pm. Rotating schedule includes every other weekend.
