Executive Assistant
Houston City Personnel
The ideal candidate will provide top-level assistance for attorneys and paralegals.
Responsibilities
- Calendar management for executives
- Book domestic/international travel, create expense reports, process mail, meeting planning and event/catering details
- MSO, Adobe, NetDocuments, iManage, Outlook, Teams, federal and state e-filings, ShareFile, Zoom, MyFile Runner
- Manage detailed paper/digital trial documents with Bates stamp
- Draft and proof-read court documents, client correspondence
- Assist with litigation including discovery, document production, deposition prep, hearing prep
- Provide support to legal staff and billing department for timely month-end close
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 3 + years Legal and/or Executive Assistant at a professional environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High energy with a strong verbal and written communication skills/Positive team mindset, Lifelong learner, inquisitive and ability to prioritize workload
