Job Summary:
Occupational Therapist Outpatient in New Port Richey, Florida. This role involves providing outpatient occupational therapy services with a focus on hand therapy, including splint fabrication and full hand caseload management. The therapist will evaluate patients, develop treatment plans, and deliver customized therapy to facilitate patient recovery and functional independence.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Day shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week, starting on 08/10/2026.
• Required Qualifications: Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution; valid license to practice in the state of Florida; experience in outpatient occupational therapy, including hand therapy; 1+ year of outpatient clinical experience; CPR certification.
• Preferred Qualifications: Hand experience and comfort making splints; Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) preferred; previous experience with outpatient ortho and hand therapy.
• Float: Float: Float rotation may be required.
• Additional Information: The position involves evaluating patients, developing and modifying treatment plans, documenting care accurately and timely, participating in student programs, and engaging in continuous professional development. The therapist must adhere to all regulatory and organizational standards, including safety protocols, organizations performance improvement initiatives, and professional licensure requirements.
