A nationally recognized multifamily owner-operator is seeking an experienced Property Manager to lead operations at a luxury apartment community in Cape Coral, FL. This role is responsible for driving property performance, resident satisfaction, team leadership, and operational excellence while maintaining a high-quality living experience for residents.
This position is ideal for a hands-on property management professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys leading onsite teams, and is passionate about delivering exceptional resident experiences. WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Oversee daily operations of a luxury market-rate apartment community
• Lead and develop leasing, maintenance, and onsite team members
• Drive occupancy, resident retention, and overall property performance
• Manage budgets, financial reporting, and NOI performance goals
• Ensure timely completion of work orders and maintenance requests
• Foster positive resident relationships and deliver exceptional customer service
• Monitor property condition and ensure community standards are maintained
• Partner with regional leadership on operational initiatives and business objectives
• Coordinate vendor relationships and property improvement projects

• 3-5+ years of property management experience
• Experience managing market-rate multifamily communities required
