This key leadership role partners closely with executive management to develop and implement people strategies that support organizational goals while fostering a safe, productive, and engaged workforce. As the organization's subject matter expert, the Corporate HR Manager leads initiatives related to employment law compliance, payroll administration, ADP Workforce Now, employee benefits, talent acquisition, organizational development, and workplace safety. Based at one of our production facilities, this role also serves as the on-site HR leader for that location, providing hands-on support and guidance to employees and managers while ensuring the effective execution of all HR processes, programs and policies for that location.
