As a Dental Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring efficient and effective dental care by preparing patients, assisting dentists chairside, and managing patient records. You will work closely with our dental team to support daily operations, maintain infection control, and enhance patient experience. Serving 10-20 patients daily, you will also handle appointment scheduling and contribute to patient education with an emphasis on clear communication and care.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for dental procedures.
• Sterilize and organize dental tools and equipment.
• Assist dentists with radiographs and chairside procedures.
• Manage patient records and update Eaglesoft software.
• Ensure compliance with infection control protocols.
• Schedule appointments and manage patient flow.
• Educate patients on oral health and post-treatment care.

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years experience in dental assisting.
• Certificate in Dental Assisting.
• Knowledge of dental radiography and infection control procedures.
• Familiarity with sterilization techniques and Eaglesoft software.
• Strong patient communication and team collaboration skills.
• Effective time management and attention to detail.
