Responsibilities/Job Description:
Fairview is seeking an Endocrinology Physician to join a multispecialty practice in at M Health Fairview Clinic in Wyoming, MN. Conveniently located 30 minutes northeast of Minneapolis.
Practice Details:
- Join a network of 18 Endocrinologists and 5 advanced practice providers working in community clinics throughout the system
- 1.0 FTE, which is 36 patient contact hours per week
- Provide a full spectrum of care including diagnosis and management of diabetes and osteoporosis as well as disorders of the thyroid, adrenal, pituitary, and parathyroid glands
- Call responsibility is 1:3, which is phone call only, goes to nurse triage first, and is very minimal
- Opportunity to collaborate with other Endocrinology colleagues within the Division of Diabetes, Endocrinology, and Metabolism at the University of Minnesota
- Fully integrated Electronic Medical Record (EPIC)
- Established referral base of Fairview employed primary care and subspecialty physicians

Qualifications:
- Graduate of an ACGME Endocrinology fellowship training program
- Board Certified/Board Prepared with the American Board of Medical Specialties or American Osteopathic Association
- Licensed or ability to obtain Minnesota Board of Medical Practice Licensure
- Ability to obtain and /or maintain DEA certification for the State of Minnesota
- Meet threshold criteria/qualifications for Credentialing and Privileges
