All transactions on Nodal Exchange (power, environmental and natural gas) are cleared through its wholly owned subsidiary, Nodal Clear, using its award-winning portfolio margining methodology. As leaders in innovation, Nodal Exchange and Nodal Clear have built in-house most of the trading and clearing platforms that fuel our business. Nodal Exchange is part of the EEX Group which is in turn part of the Deutsche Börse Group. We are now looking for talented, innovative individuals to join our team in Tyson’s Corner, VA (DC Metro area). Key Responsibilities Provides strategic and operational support across many areas of marketing including branding, corporate communications, advertising, events, market research & product marketing - with a particular focus on website design & development and digital & social media for Nodal Clear Responsible for developing channel program & plans for Nodal Clear social media, including: Managing day-to-day social media initiatives and activity for Nodal Clear across social media platform LinkedIn & YouTube, and monitors and assesses additional opportunities including Instagram, Facebook, X and others Monitors incoming communication and direct messages to social media channels Monitors EEX Group and collaborator social media to re-promote and / or respond Responsible for developing monthly content calendar, creating and scheduling social media posts and ensuring successful publication of all content Responsible for development and implementation of creative campaigns and cross-channel content for the social media channels Responsible for success measurement, reporting and optimization of social media measures, as well as monitoring trends Works with Marketing Manager on website programs for Nodal Exchange, Nodal Clear websites (with special focus on Nodal Clear) including: Directs design and development partners on website initiatives Manages day-to-day website projects and copy & creative changes for Nodal across 3 sites Stages & produces website for design and development partners Works with various internal stakeholders to support new product launches, as well as, new technical, vendor, legal, regulatory, data, & other website projects and content updates Executes various digital marketing tactics including social, website, press releases, newsletter & email development Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or higher in marketing, business administration, or related field Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing or business experience Understanding of customer needs and services provided to them Strong communication skills and experience in customer service Direct contact with customers as well as internal and external stakeholders Independent, organized, and structured work style Able to work onsite during normal business hours Physical requirements: Ability to work regular business hours onsite in Tysons Corner office Prolonged periods of sitting and/or standing at a desk Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times Benefits Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000 full time equivalent base salary, commensurate with experience and annualized, plus Annual Bonus Pay Transparency Notice : The salary range is based on the D.C. metro area, the successful candidate’s starting salary will vary depending on permissible, non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to qualifications, skills, and experience. This range represents the company’s good faith estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting for this position. Annual at-risk bonus opportunities are non-guaranteed and are dependent upon individual and company performance.
