We are looking for a proactive Residential Project Manager to oversee kitchen, bath, and basement remodeling projects. This role involves managing projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and budget-conscious delivery while maintaining our high standards of quality. Key Responsibilities: Oversee multiple remodeling projects, ensuring timely completion. Coordinate with clients, designers, contractors, and vendors. Manage project schedules, labor, and materials. Conduct site visits to monitor progress and quality. Ensure projects stay within budget and scope. Resolve project issues efficiently. Qualifications: 5 or more years of project management experience in residential remodeling. Professional proficiency in English and Spanish is required to communicate effectively with clients and subcontractors Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Pay and Benefits: Full-time, W-2 employment Pay Range: $60,000 to $70,000 per year. Project Managers with significant experience in residential remodeling and a proven track record in leadership and budgeting can expect a higher salary within this range.
