Candidate Pay Rate: $40.5 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care in a fast-paced healthcare setting
• Assess patient needs and implement individualized care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as directed by the healthcare team
• Monitor patient vitals and document outcomes accurately
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality care and support

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as LPN
• Current BLS certification required
• Active professional license or certification in your field
• Strong communication and critical thinking skills
• Ability to adapt quickly to new teams and environments

• Clinical assessment and patient monitoring
• Medication safety and administration
• Electronic health records (EHR) documentation
