Fixed Job ID #: Support staff: full hospital support from Level II trauma center Coverage Type: full time Schedule Details: October 5-6-7 7a-7p and 9-10-11 7p-7a then ongoing through March for 7-10 shifts per month. Work Details: Facility Type: Hospital – Level II trauma Practice Setting: surgery EMR/Charting Software: Cerner Vaccines Mandatory?: NA Avg. Daily Census: varies there are 4 trauma bays in ED 9 hospital system that covers 26 counties in PA Beds: 272 Patient Age Group: adult Procedures: all things trauma – abdominal thoracic ortho vascular and neurosurgical etc. Equipment: Requirements: Board Certifications Req’d/Preferred: Must be BC and fellowship trained in surgical critical care State Licenses: PA required Certifications: ATLS CSR Req’d: no DEA Req’d?: yes Years of Experience Req’d: 1-2 years post fellowship Credentialing Timeframe: We will have to emergency privileges for October so candidates must have a license for those dates and clean background. Minor malp settlements can be considered. Willing To License?: No Shift Info: Night 7x12-Hour 19:00 - 07:00
