Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients referred by physicians to develop tailored treatment plans that align with individual recovery goals.
- Implement and monitor therapy interventions across a variety of specialties, including orthopedics, pediatrics, neurology, and sports medicine.
- Provide skilled, evidence-based therapeutic care using procedures such as manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and modalities to enhance patient function.
- Educate and empower patients and their caregivers through hands-on training and continuous communication, ensuring they understand and are active participants in their recovery.
- Utilize electronic health record (EHR) systems to document patient progress and treatment outcomes, complying with the practice’s standards for documentation and billing.
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care, sharing insights to maximize patient outcomes.
- Meet and strive to exceed minimum utilization goals while contributing to the overall effectiveness of the clinic.

Qualifications
- A Bachelor's or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an APTA or CAPTE-accredited program.

- Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification from the American Heart Association.
