Below is the address to one of our flagship branch locations:6450 Airport Way, Fairbanks, AK 99709This position offers hourly compensation of $20 per hour.This position is part-time (25 hours/week) 12 week program with 2 round options, we will work around your class schedule: January 6th, 2027 - March 26th, 2027 or March 29th, 2027 - June 11th, 2027 (Dates are non-negotiable).ResponsibilitiesWhen you join our Management Internship Program, you'll soon discover that every day is different because it is filled with new, exciting, rewarding and often unexpected opportunities. For a season, we'll put you in the middle of everything, just like our Management Trainees. We'll give you the chance to develop the skills you need to manage a fleet of vehicles, take care of customers, develop marketing strategies and build relationships with customers and coworkers.During our internship, you'll use the skills you learn to complete intern projects and engage in some friendly competition with your peers. You may also be eligible for performance incentives and employee referral rewards.QualificationsMust be a rising Senior enrolled in a full time Bachelors degree program for the upcoming semester at a college or university set to graduate between May 2027 - December 2027.Must have a minimum of six months experience in sales, customer service, management or leadership.Must be able to work 25 hours/week and make a 12 week commitment beginning either January 6th, 2027 or March 29th, 2027, depending on academic calendar.Must reside and attend a College/University in Alaska.Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 civil moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past 3 years.No drug or alcohol convictions on driving and/or criminal record within the past 3 years.Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
