What You'll Do

• Perform advanced diagnostics, maintenance, and repair in alignment with dealer and factory standards.
• Accurately and efficiently complete all work as outlined on repair orders.
• Identify root causes of mechanical and electrical malfunctions with confidence and precision.
• Road-test and quality-check all completed repairs to ensure the highest standard of performance and safety.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace and ensure all tools and equipment are accounted for.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by keeping vehicles clean and maintaining open communication with the service team.

What You Bring

• ASE Master Certification (or equivalent experience preferred)
• Proven ability to diagnose and repair complex vehicle systems
• Personal tool set and commitment to maintaining it
• Professional appearance, strong work ethic, and pride in craftsmanship
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to thrive in a high-volume, team-oriented environment
