Maintenance Director in North Shore, MA Join our Team at AdviniaCare! We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Director to join our talented staff at AdviniaCare in the North Shore area. As a Maintenance Director, you will be responsible for all maintenance department operations and personnel, ensuring the facility is safe, well‑maintained, and compliant with state and federal regulations. Key Responsibilities Responsible for all maintenance department operations and personnel Regular inspections of the facility for safety, upkeep, appearance, and equipment performance Supervise and assign maintenance staff responsibilities and schedules Schedule and ensure completion of all maintenance and repairs Provide oversight of maintenance/repairs and ensure contracted services are completed in a timely fashion Maintain records of all repairs, preventative maintenance, warranties, and inspections Coordinate department operations, budgets, and monitoring expenditures Ensure all maintenance work is in accordance with State/Federal and OSHA standards Must be able to be "on-call" for emergency situations Requirements 5 years of experience in HVAC, plumbing, electric, carpentry, and general maintenance Prior supervisory experience in a Healthcare maintenance setting Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent Strong work ethic, intense drive, initiative for quality service Solid computer skills; working knowledge of MS Office Ability to multi‑task/stay on task and maintain focus in stressful situations Evidence of solid leadership and supervision skills Why Join AdviniaCare?
