Quality Control Analyst

Johnson & Johnson seeks a Quality Control Analyst to support QC systems management at its Malvern, Pennsylvania facility. The role involves LIMS administration, change control oversight, and cross-functional coordination to optimize laboratory operations and ensure regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities
- Manage LIMS change control requests and incident ticket resolution
- Support MasterData building and approval processes per local requirements
- Optimize LIMS functions by collaborating with laboratory personnel
- Lead cross-functional meetings to track change requests and project status
- Coordinate system maintenance downtime between users and support personnel
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in science or equivalent technical discipline
- Minimum two years experience in biological or pharmaceutical industry
- Quality Control laboratory background
- Advanced LIMS knowledge and LabVantage eLIMS experience
- Understanding of current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP)
- Technical writing and Microsoft Office proficiency
- Ability to interpret SOPs, work instructions, and test protocols
