About the Role:

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and bake a variety of high-quality baked goods according to established recipes and standards
• Measure and mix ingredients accurately to ensure consistent product quality
• Operate and maintain baking equipment including ovens, mixers, and prep tools
• Monitor baking times and temperatures to ensure perfect results every batch
• Decorate and finish baked products with attention to detail and presentation
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workspace in compliance with food safety standards
• Assist with inventory management and communicate supply needs to management

Requirements:

• Prior baking, pastry, or food production experience preferred
• Available to Close at night
• Must carry a positive and outgoing attitude
• Knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment
• Ability to follow recipes precisely while maintaining consistency and quality
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering excellent baked products
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a warm kitchen environment
• Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
• Food handler certification or willingness to obtain one
