Choice Transportation LLC — Bus Drivers Needed
Join our team providing student transportation to Menominee, MI area public school districts. Starting wage is $24 per hour. Choice Transportation will train suitable candidates for CDL Class B with passenger and school bus endorsements if you do not already possess them. Benefits are available for qualifying positions.

Role overview:
As a school bus driver, you will ensure the safe, reliable, and respectful transport of students. Typical duties include following assigned routes and schedules, conducting safety checks before and after trips, maintaining a calm and orderly environment on the bus, reporting maintenance issues, and completing required documentation. Drivers may also be asked to provide transportation for extracurricular activities and school field trips.

Training & support:
We provide training to help you obtain the necessary Class B CDL and endorsements for passenger and school bus operation. New drivers receive orientation on district policies, student safety procedures, emergency protocols, and hands-on driving practice with experienced trainers. Ongoing support and refresher training are available and required to maintain high safety standards.
