Construction Manager

Eaton’s ES AMER ESS division is currently seeking a Construction Manager.The expected annual salary range for this role is $97000 - $143000 a year.Please note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.What you’ll do:Lead full-cycle project delivery—from planning and budgeting to scheduling, resource allocation, and risk managementConduct thorough reviews of technical requirements, scope of work, and timelines during project handoffLeverage project management tools and software to track milestones, manage deliverables, and ensure on-site execution stays on courseFacilitate and lead project meetings, maintaining clear and consistent communication with all stakeholdersCoordinate Eaton’s work around other trades to maximize efficiency and minimize disruptionManage project closeout activities including punch lists, issue resolution, warranty handoff, and transition to ownershipAct as the primary on-site contact for all EESS-related activities throughout the project lifecyclePartner with District Operations to promote and enforce safety initiatives across all job sitesOversee financial performance through cost control, change order management, and risk mitigationCollaborate with commercial operations, sales engineers, and technical support teams to align client expectations with project deliverablesImplement strategic program-level changes and initiatives from the Strategic Operations teamMentor and guide team members, sharing expertise in project management and operational excellence to build team capabilityQualifications:Basic Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent with a minimum 10 years progressive experience in construction management, site supervision or project coordination, including at least 5 years leading electrical, industrial or general construction projects OR Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 5 years relevant construction management experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership or project management role.This role is designated as a Regular Driver per Eaton’s Driver Safety Policy and requires a current, unrestricted driver’s license along with a satisfactory Motor Vehicle Record. Candidates will be subject to a motor vehicle record check upon hire.Eaton will not consider applicants for employment immigration sponsorship or support for this position.
