Senior AI Agent Developer

To support the Legal Team's AI initiatives, the full-time Senior AI Agent Developer will architect, build, and scale AI platforms and products remotely, focusing on developing production-ready AI agents, optimizing workflows, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance legal processes. Key responsibilities: Build AI Agents: Design, develop, and deploy production-ready AI agents that support critical workflows across the enterprise Ship & Iterate: Rapidly prototype, test, and refine agents to ensure high performance and adoption, measuring outcomes and optimizing functionality Reimagine Workflows: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify AI opportunities and redesign workflows, ensuring innovation aligns with change management Required qualifications: Strong proficiency in Python or similar languages with experience in building and deploying production AI/ML applications Deep understanding of large language models and modern AI systems with proven ability to design and optimize agent solutions Experience utilizing AI technologies to enhance decision-making and streamline workflows Knowledge of AI safety and governance standards for responsible agent development Ability to understand enterprise workflows and design AI solutions that align with business needs Virtual Vocations Inc
