Our client is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner to provide comprehensive primary care in a structured clinical environment in Galveston, Texas.

This opportunity is ideal for a provider who values work-life balance, enjoys delivering quality patient care, and is comfortable managing a broad range of acute and chronic medical needs. You'll work alongside an experienced healthcare team while providing evaluations, treatment, education, and ongoing care management.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and physical examinations
• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat acute and chronic conditions
• Provide same-day patient evaluations and sick-call coverage
• Develop and monitor individualized treatment plans
• Provide medication, disease-management, and preventive-care education
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in NextGen EMR
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other members of the care team
• Support continuity of care and positive patient outcomes

Schedule

• 4 days per week
• Day shift
• No weekends
• Standard holiday schedule
• Consistent, structured clinical environment

Travel Support

A travel stipend may be available for providers traveling more than 50 miles from their primary residence.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher
• Active Nurse Practitioner license/certification
• FNP, AGNP, or NP certification
• 1+ year of Primary Care experience
• 1+ year of Care Management experience
• 1+ year of experience in a qualifying healthcare setting
• Valid DEA certification/license
• Current BLS or ACLS certification through an accepted provider
