INSURE CHOICE LLC in Austin, TX, seeks a Commission Analyst to calculate, analyze, and administer sales commissions across the organization. You will collaborate with Sales, Finance, and HR to ensure timely payments and to design commission plans that align with business objectives. Requires advanced Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and strong data analysis, with CRM and compensation reporting experience.
