A well-established general dentistry practice in Stafford, Virginia is seeking a compassionate and skilled Dental Hygienist to join its clinical team. The practice focuses on both traditional and holistic approaches to oral health, emphasizing preventive care, patient education, and long-term wellness.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform dental cleanings, periodontal therapy, and preventive treatments
• Conduct comprehensive oral health assessments and document clinical findings
• Educate patients on oral hygiene, nutrition, and preventive care practices
• Take and interpret dental radiographs
• Collaborate with dentists to develop and implement treatment plans
• Maintain compliance with infection control standards and clinical protocols
• Provide high-quality care to patients ranging from pediatric to geriatric populations

Qualifications

• Active Dental Hygienist license required
• Open to new graduates
• Strong interpersonal and patient education skills
• Ability to work independently and within a collaborative clinical team

Schedule

• Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• No nights, weekends, or on-call requirements

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay: $65 - $70 per hour plus performance-based bonus (collections-based)
