The General Manager will oversee a medium-sized team of 11-50 employees within the hospitality industry, focusing on driving operational excellence and ensuring outstanding customer experiences. This role requires strong leadership to manage team dynamics and efficient budget oversight to meet financial goals while maintaining high standards of service.
Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a team of 11-50 employees to achieve operational targets
- Manage budgeting processes and control financial performance
- Maintain strong customer relations to enhance satisfaction and retention
