Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist Opportunity

HealthYes Staffing Network is seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist for a permanent, full-time position with an established healthcare organization in California's northern Sacramento Valley near Chico.

This opportunity offers a rewarding anesthesia practice within a supportive clinical environment serving patients throughout Chico, Oroville, and the surrounding region.

Responsibilities

Perform pre-anesthesia evaluations
Develop individualized anesthesia-care plans
Administer general, regional, and monitored anesthesia care
Manage airway and perioperative patient needs
Monitor patients throughout surgical and procedural cases
Provide postoperative anesthesia and pain-management support
Communicate effectively with patients and members of the care team
Collaborate with surgeons, physicians, nurses, and clinical staff
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Participate in quality and patient-safety programs

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited nurse-anesthesia program
Current NBCRNA certification or eligibility
Active California RN and CRNA licenses or eligibility
Current BLS and ACLS certifications
PALS certification when required
Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
Ability to work effectively within a team-based anesthesia environment
Experienced CRNAs and qualified new graduates are encouraged to apply

Compensation and Benefits

Annual salary: $300,000$400,000
Final compensation based on experience and qualifications
