We are a creative, dynamic team working in a modern office environment and are seeking an enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our growing organization.

This position is available for immediate hire and offers excellent benefits, growth opportunities, and the opportunity to be part of a fast-paced, customer-focused team.

About the Role

The ideal candidate is organized, customer-focused, and comfortable handling a variety of responsibilities, including customer support, order processing, billing, office administration, and general bookkeeping activities in a fast-paced environment. This position is based exclusively at our Plymouth, MN office. On-site attendance is required, and remote work is not available. The regular work schedule is Monday through Friday during standard business hours.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Answer incoming customer calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
• Process sales orders, customer billing, invoices, and RMAs.
• Ensure timely response, processing, and delivery of customer orders.
• Order products for customers drop shipments and coordinate fulfillment activities.
• Reconcile inventory and vendor bills.
• Perform general bookkeeping and administrative duties.
• Maintain accurate customer database records.
• Receive, sort, and route incoming mail and deliveries.
• Order and maintain office and lunchroom supplies.
• Assist with UPS, FedEx, and other shipping activities as needed.
• Coordinate and order lunches for customers, meetings, and company events.
• Maintain organized electronic and paper filing systems.
• Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned.

 

Qualifications

• Two or more years of customer service, administrative, or related experience preferred.
• Experience with QuickBooks Enterprise Solutions or similar ERP/accounting software.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Access.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, dependable, and highly organized.
• Ability to work independently and contribute effectively within a team environment.
• Positive, professional, and solutions-focused attitude.
• Accounting or bookkeeping experience is a plus.
