Senior Living Occupational Therapist and Team Lead
Reliant Rehabilitation
Reliant Rehabilitation is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to provide patient-centered therapy across community settings. You will screen, evaluate, and develop initial and ongoing treatment plans, discharge plans, and supervise assistants and rehab techs. You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, ensure compliant documentation, and uphold state and federal regulations.
