Summary:

Junxion Med Staffing is looking for a CT tech Radiology to take an assignment in Cleveland, Ohio.

**Job Requirements & Qualifications:** - COVID-19 Vaccine: Required - Medical/Religious Exemptions Only - Flu Vaccine: Required - Medical/Religious Exemptions Only - Years of Experience: Minimum of 18 months permanent experience in the specialty applying for prior to travel - License: Must have a Permanent Ohio license in hand at time of submission. Compact licenses are accepted for any starts 1/1/23 and forward. - Certifications: Required certifications need to be active with nothing pending. Certification: BLS - References: One reference from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in the specialty applying for is required to qualify for submission. - Travel Experience Required: Not specified **Additional Requirements:** - Locals accepted at same BR - BG hits of any kind are reviewed by the facility but will not accept any traveler with an open case - Facility does not accept any license hits - Nicotine: Nurses and CSTs are exempt from Nicotine Free Facility Requirements. All other travelers must be nicotine free. Negative 10 Panel + Nicotine (Cotinine) Drug screen required within 12 months of start. Must be updated annually. **Other Details:** - Extensions: Candidates may extend with client for a period of 18 months; after which a 6-month break is required. Extensions may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis by the client. - Annual Hands-On Competency Requirement: Required for nurses who remain on a continuous contract for a minimum of 1-year or return on a contract in the subsequent calendar year. - Candidates need to pick up their badge and complete onsite fingerprints at the facility prior to start date. - Modules: Completed pre-start and annually, vary by specialty, are billable up to 4 hours.
