As a Maintenance Millwright, you’ll play a critical role in keeping our operations running smoothly and safely.What You’ll DoPerform skilled mechanical maintenance, installation, and repairs on motors, conveyors, pneumatic and hydraulic systems.Troubleshoot breakdowns and determine effective repair actions.Conduct inspections, lubrication, cleaning, and welding/fabrication as needed.Maintain a clean, safe work environment and follow all safety protocols, including lockout procedures.Work independently and collaboratively with the maintenance team.QualificationsMust be at least 18 years oldHigh school diploma or GEDAt least 5 years of industrial mechanical maintenance/millwright experience OR equivalent education/experience OR 3 years in a lumber manufacturing environment as a mechanical maintenance/millwrightProficiency with hand/power tools, precision instruments, and technical drawingsStrong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skillsExperience with hydraulic, pneumatic, and conveyor systemsAbility to lift heavy components, work in confined spaces, and tolerate extreme temperaturesWelding and torch work experienceFamiliarity with SAP/S4 preferredExcellent communication and teamwork skillsWillingness to work any shift, weekends, and holidaysCommitment to safety and continuous learningReady to Build Your Future With Us?If you're a reliable, safety-conscious professional who thrives in a fast-paced industrial environment, we want to hear from you.
