Senior Manager / Associate Director, Publications and Medical Information (Contract)

Nurix Therapeutics seeks a senior-level publications and medical information professional to manage clinical publication strategy, medical inquiry responses, and congress support for a targeted protein degradation company. This contract role requires cross-functional collaboration across medical affairs, publications, and data review initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute publication strategy and plans in coordination with internal teams
• Manage clinical publication drafting, reviews, approvals, and vendor coordination
• Develop data review slide decks and support derivative materials creation
• Draft Standard Response Letters and manage medical/legal reviews for inquiries
• Support congress logistics, booth staffing, and medical information at events

Requirements

• Doctoral degree (PhD, PharmD, MD) or Master's degree with relevant medical affairs experience
• 3–5 years in medical affairs, medical communications, publications, or medical information
• Demonstrated end-to-end clinical publication management experience
• Knowledge of GPP, ICMJE, and MLR processes; SRL development experience
• Strong scientific writing, editing, and literature review skills
• Project management and cross-functional collaboration abilities
