NOW HIRING – Maintenance Technician
1st Shift | Monday–Friday
$24/hr
We're looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician to join a growing team! This position is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing production equipment to keep operations running efficiently.
Job Duties:
- Perform electrical and mechanical troubleshooting on production equipment
- Repair and maintain machinery according to manuals, diagrams, and specifications
- Work on equipment such as die cutters, printing presses, inserting machines, folders, conveyor systems, and bindery equipment
- Use hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments
- Repair or fabricate replacement parts using welding equipment and machine shop tools
- Conduct preventative maintenance and equipment inspections
- Ensure equipment operates safely and efficiently
Qualifications:
- Experience with industrial maintenance, electrical, and mechanical repairs
- Ability to read diagrams, blueprints, and technical manuals
- Experience using machine shop equipment such as lathes, milling machines, drill presses, and grinders is a plus
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Must be able to pass a drug test
